Fresno County Blossom Trail - Runs through early-March (weather permitting)

About the event: Drive along a path of pink and white blossoms and see why there is truly nothing like a California winter. You’ll be in a blizzard of blossoms on your journey through the Blossom Trail in Fresno County. The Blossom Trail begins once the almond and orange orchards begin blooming. *The blossoms are weather permitting and vary based on location. Check weather reports prior to visit.

U-Pick Citrus- Every Saturday and Sunday until March 30 or until fruit runs out

Location: Sumner Peck Ranch 14439 N. Friant Road, Friant, CA 93626

Time: 9 am - 5 pm 

About event: No advance registration is required. Enjoy picking navel oranges, blood oranges, pomelos, Minneola tangelos, mandarins, and lemons all at $1.50 per pound. In cases of inclement weather or if zero customers have come to pick fruit by 1pm, U-Pick will close for the rest of the day. No advance registration is required for U-pick days.
You can purchase your citrus in the mobile home office near the river. Please no bills larger than $20, cash and credit are accepted. More details here

35th Annual Blossom Day Festival - March 8 

Location: Downtown Sanger, Sanger, CA 93657

Basscapade 2025 - March 8

Hillcrest Blossom Trail Train Ride - March 1 - 9 * Saturday and Sunday Only

Location: 6943 S Reed Ave, Reedley, CA 93654

Time: 10 am to 5 pm

About the event: Come enjoy a 15-minute tour of the farm on an exquisite half-scale, live steam, narrow gauge railroad for only $4.00 per person, age 2 and up.  Also enjoy children’s play areas, trails & picnic areas. Spring Fresno Home and Garden Show - March 7, 8, 9

Location: 1121 Chance Avenue, Fresno, CA 93702

Time: 10 am - 5 pm Daily

About the event: Talk to licensed contractors, shop gourmet foods, and an entire building of artisans/crafters, and dine at the 2 Outdoor Food Courts with fair food and gourmet food trucks! The Importance of Being Ernest - March 7 - April 19

Pi Day Run - March 15

About the event: The goal of our events is to get people outside, moving and having fun.  Running, Math and Pie enthusiasts come together at the Pi Day Run featuring run/walk distances of 2Mi, Pi (3.14) Miles, and 2Pi (6.28) Miles. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place booths as voted for by our participants. Bald Eagle Canoe Tour- March 22
