Description
Lace-up your boots and grab your baskets, it’s time to go fruit picking!
Come take a stroll at Sumner Peck Ranch (14439 N. Friant Rd. Friant, CA 93626), Saturdays and Sundays, from 9 am - 5 pm, no advance registration is required. Enjoy picking navel oranges, blood oranges, pomelos, Minneola tangelos, mandarins, and lemons all at $1.50 per pound. The U-Pick Citrus season will run from January 18th until the fruit is gone!
Things to Know Before Picking:
In cases of inclement weather or if zero customers have come to pick fruit by 1pm, U-Pick will close for the rest of the day.
No advance registration is required for U-pick days.
Parking is located at the end of the entrance drive (dirt road between the grape vines) near the river.
You can purchase your citrus in the mobile home office near the river. Please no bills larger than $20, cash and credit are accepted. Apple/tap/Google pay is available.
Please wear long pants and comfortable closed-toed shoes. Be prepared for a small hike to the grove (.25 mi). If you are unable to complete this hike please check in at the mobile home office for further instruction.
We encourage everyone to bring a bag, basket, or bucket for picking fruit, as staff will not have extra on site.
