We are open for breakfast and lunch in house and we offer catering services for all events including weddings, business meetings, on site gourmet burger bar, as well as private chef services for smaller occasions at home. We have several very talented experienced chefs on staff. We are famous for our homemade cinnamon rolls, clam chowder, bread pudding, chili verde, chicken fried steak, huge omelets, fresh fruit waffles and pancakes, scratch made biscuits and gravy, Eggs Benedict, the best fresh half pounder burgers in town and awesome customer service. We serve USDA certified choice and upper prime cuts of black angus steaks, specialty sausages including Fresno State pepper jack, chicken jalapeño, sweet maple, chicken enchilada sausage, spicy Italian and linguisa. Our food is made to order from top quality fresh products. We only use the best ingredients in the valley.
