"Bull" means Fire, "Doc" means Chicken in Korean. It translates to "Chicken on Fire". Bulldoc Korean Fushion is the only restaurant in the Central Valley offering Korean Fried Chicken offering Wings and Drumsticks glazed in savory Korean Soy Garlic sauce and Korean Spicy Pepper sauce. They have 4 other sauces as well such as Thai Chilli, Sweet Cinnamon Honey and Korean Soy Sesame sauces. Bulldoc offers Korean Fusion dishes such as Korean Tacos, Pork Buns and Fried Rice as well.
