Arte Americas was founded in Fresno in 1987 by educators and artists advocating for Latino representation in art and cultural institutions in the Central Valley. Today, Arte is the largest intergenerational and intersectional Latinx cultural hub that creates multicultural programming and museum-quality exhibitions, featuring artists who embody the diverse artistic expressions of Latinx cultures.
