Weekend River Warriors

Does your “tween” enjoy the outdoors, facing new challenges, and meeting new people? Our NEW Weekend River Warriors program is just for them! Each three-hour long session we’ll do a variety hands-on teambuilding, leadership, and science and engineering activities in an outdoor setting along the San Joaquin River Parkway. Most program dates also include a cool craft to take home. Your River Warrior will use critical thinking skills while having fun and forming new friendships at each session!

Weekend River Warriors is open to youth between the ages of 10 and 13 years old. The fee for each program session is $25 per child and online registration & payment in advance is required. Parents are not required to stay on site for the duration of the trip.

Each program date runs three hours. Trips are run by background checked and fully trained staff and volunteer docents. Registration for each program date ends at 9:00 am on the day of the event. Full refunds for cancellation made at least 72 hours in advance, no refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
