The gardens are very popular, and the number of visitors allowed on tours is limited to help preserve the gardens. They do offer tours on an alternate route for visitors in standard wheelchairs (26 inches or less). They recommend calling ahead to confirm that route for your tour. Wear Comfortable Footwear

The gardens have some uneven terrain and narrow passageways, visitors are encouraged to opt for comfortable, closed-toe shoes to ensure their safety and comfort.

Stick with the Group

The tours are guided and visitors are required to stay with the group to ensure the preservation of the gardens. Families are welcome on the tour, but all children must be accompanied by an adult and remain with the group.
