Martinez Taqueria is known for their hot pink taco truck serving birria tacos with a side of agua fresca. Just when we thought grilled cheese sandwiches couldn’t get any better, MZ Taqueria created a birria grilled cheese to their menu! You can find their truck on Instagram.
