Since 1997, Max's has served tables with meals created using ingredients found locally depending on the season. Libelula
Visitors can find farm-fresh ingredients in their meals all year long at Libelula, a Downtown Fresno restaurant that specializes in American cuisine. Owner and chef Ian Cookson, describes the food served here as both experimental and eclectic. A new menu is created each season and visitors can choose from an extensive list of delicious foods including a sriracha maple chicken sandwich, spicy Thai mac & cheese, biscuits and gravy, and much more. School House Restaurant & Tavern
Executive Chef Ryan Jackson was born and raised in Reedley and is the son of fruit farmers. His lifelong appreciation for fresh produce and ingredients inspired him to create School House Restaurant & Tavern in Sanger. The historic building was built back in 1890 and was then transformed into a farm-to-table restaurant in early 2012. The Lime Lite
The Lime Lite has served guests with an upscale dining experience in Fresno for the past 55 years.
