Get ready for the ultimate Downtown Fresno celebration! The annual Fulton Street Party happens each summer and is a can’t-miss event in Fresno County. Stroll down the historic Fulton Street to be greeted by an eclectic mix of vendors and food trucks offering unique items and delicious foods as well as live performances by local bands. The celebration is for all ages to enjoy. Here is a list of fun things you should expect this year:

 1. Kids Zone

This year, the Kids Zone will be packed with hands-on art projects, painting, and music. Kids can participate in an artist-led mural, where they can color sections by number. Local author, Ashley Mireles-Guerrero, will be reading her book “C is for Car,” and signing copies.

2. Car Show

Fresno and Merced Streets will turn into a sleek car show, featuring 50 various classic cars and low riders. Car enthusiasts can get a glimpse at these beautiful vehicles owned by people across the Central Valley.

3. Aerial Arts Show

Get ready for an amazing aerial arts show in the Brewery District near the Sun Stereo Warehouse. These performers hang from special fabric ropes to do stunning acrobatic routines. This show is new to this year’s Fulton Street Party. It starts at 8 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m.

4. Fashion Show

Enjoy this unique fashion show inside the historical T.W. Patterson building. The clothing featured will be from local shops and boutiques. See who the judges crown as the winner!

5. Food Vendors

The Fulton Street Party will be a foodie heaven! With so many food trucks and booths, you’ll want to try a little bit of everything!

6. Beer Garden

There will be plenty of brews to enjoy at the Fulton Street Party! A beer garden will be set up along Fulton Street, featuring various local breweries. You can also head over to the Brewery District for a drink at one of the downtown beer gardens or cocktail bars.
