CTFF’s mission is to inspire the next generation of leaders with a passion for teaching and learning while impacting the lives of youth. Our mission is made possible through our valued district partners and supporters like you! CTFF has always sought to support the whole journey of the future educators we employ. Our program can be viewed as a wraparound service, from supporting our tutors personally, through the Dream Initiative, to supporting them professionally, through paid professional development, career guidance, much-needed field experience, and offering them financial support through our scholarship program.
After nearly 20 years of experience, we know that in order to fully support the future of our educators, resources like these are necessary.
The annual Teaching Fellows Scholarship Gala allows us to raise the funds needed to support the mission of our organization and our long-standing scholarship program. With rising tuition costs, increasing costs of living, and unending student loan debt, we seek to alleviate the financial stressors for our college students through the Teaching Fellows’ scholarship fund. All scholarship recipients are future educators with a passion for impacting our youth in our communities.
