Fields of Fresno Ag Tour - The 100 Mile Circle

The Fresno County Historical Society’s Fields of Fresno Ag Tour is…

“Fun and informative.”
“It’s unreal.”
“Absolutely amazing.”
“A ‘stay-cation.’”

But don’t just take our word for it – this is what our guests have to say about our highly successful 2022 Ag tour season:

“The Fields of Fresno Ag Tour is incredible. To be able to see, hear, and touch our local history is amazing. Not only did we get a special look at Kearney Mansion and agriculture in our community, being able to share the day with others who love our history made it even more special. This tour is the ultimate experience whether you have been to Kearney Mansion 100 times, or have never heard of M. Theo Kearney! Our tour guides and trivia throughout the day made for some fun moments I will never forget!" - Karen Duran – a Fresno Leading Young Professionals (FLYP) member.

“Being on this Ag tour felt like a ‘stay-cation.’” - Nancy Erin – Harrison Co. Partner and Ag tour sponsor.

“That tour was absolutely amazing! That was hands down one of the coolest things I’ve ever done here, and I’ve lived here my whole life! Fresno/the Central Valley has so many hidden treasures it’s unreal.” -Lauren Hebert – JD Foods staff member and CSUF Laval Mentor Member

“I felt like a kid going on a trip.” - Chris Fields – Ag tour site partner and local farmer with the African American Farmers of California.

“What a fun and informative event! My dad wanted to go because of the almond farmer, as his family grew almonds in Northern California. He came for the almonds but enjoyed the mansion tour and the Fresno trivia and door prizes even more. I loved the stop on mansion grounds to the African American Farmers Association site. Also loved the lunch stop at the winery. Even as an unplanned vegetarian I did not walk away hungry. I learned a lot and had fun in the process! Thank you!” - Hazel Bergtholdt – a valley resident.
