Eureka: Valentine's Day Cocktail & New Menu Items

Eureka! has made a name for themselves in the industry for providing unique dining experiences with its mouth watering eats and elevated beverage program alongside a February calendar lineup that will have all saying,Eureka! Discover culinary gold with Eureka!’s Supper Bowl promotion, new menu items, and a Valentine’s Day cocktail that will bring out the romantic in all of us. 

Staying true to their ethos of providing delectable modern twists on classic menu items, Eureka! is adding the following new menu items to their existing lineup of stellar burgers as well as a couple of new cocktails to their craft bar program this Thursday. 

• Seared Furikake Ahi Salad / pan-seared ahi tuna / spring mix / avocado / cabbage /carrot / green onions / cilantro / crispy wontons / peanut sauce sesame ginger /

• Bison Burger / spicy fresno chile / bacon-infused jalapeño jam / smoked mozzarella / whiskey caramelized onions / 

• Guac and Queso Duo Dip/ guacamole / five cheese queso / tortilla chips  

• Tipsy Pig Old Fashioned / Bacon-Infused Whistle Pig 10 Yr. Rye / Bitters / Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

• Penicillin / Single Malt Whiskey / Ginger / Honey / Lemon
