Barre comes from ballet, they have added isolated and isometric movements to bring you a full body workout with a toning and strengthening focus. We incorporate equipment such as weights, balls, bands and sliders to take your workout to the next level and work those delicate muscle groups that we forget that we have and choreographed to music you know and love! Please bring your mats and weights (2-5 lbs) and join in on the FUN and then stay and enjoy a pint with your friends!
