Description

“Matter of Balance” is an eight-session class presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. This class is designed to help participants learn to view falls and the fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals for increasing activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk, and promote exercise to increase strength and balance.
